May had been a very windy month, so it was June 3rd before we got the roof put on the high tunnel. I started planting on the 5th (carrots) and finished on the 13th. Here's what I planted this year:
- Carrots (4 varieties)
- Peppers (2 plants that I purchased, and seeds that decided they didn't want to come up)
- Lettuce
- Broccoli (only one seed sprouted...)
- Zucchini
- Yellow squash
- Peas
- Purple beans
- Yardlong beans
